Q. Are you currently taking new patients?
A. Yes! We are always accepting new patients and would love for you to make an appointment with us today.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly request 4 business days in advance for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment changes made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a $75 late cancellation fee.
Q. Do you accept my insurance?
A. Yes! We can submit to any insurance company. We will let you know what part of your dental care is covered by you insurance and what your out-of-pocket expense would be. We will always work with you to make your treatment as affordable for you as possible.
Q. Does your office have Saturday and evening hours?
A. We are not open on Saturdays, but we are open late on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Please contact us to schedule your next appointment so we can accommodate your needs.
Q. How soon can I be seen?
A. If you are experiencing pain, call our office and we will get you in immediately. For all other care, we will work with your schedule and get you in at you earliest convenience.
Q. What should I bring to my first appointment?
A. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card, so that we can be informed of your dental benefits. If you have recent x-rays from a previous dental office, feel free to bring those. You may also fill out all New Patient forms by printing them out now by clicking here. If not, don’t worry, you can fill out the necessary paperwork when you arrive.
