Botox and Fillers

This treatment is commonly known as trigger point injections, which can ease facial pain from headaches, migraines, and grinding of teeth. Dry needling and botulin toxin for trigger point injections in the head and neck muscles are very effective treatments. Often, they can provide immediate relief or relief that can last up to three months. Pain symptoms may return after three months and treatment will need to be repeated. Often with multiple treatment sessions you can retrain your muscles. You will notice a lessening of symptoms and notice that the pain resolves for longer periods of time.

Dermal fillers, such as Juvederm®, work by filling in lost volume of the face and softening the appearances of wrinkles. The most common areas which benefit from the fillers include: nasolabial folds (line from your nose to the corners of your mouth), marionette lines (line from the corners of your mouth to your chin), cheeks, and lips.
