Care to Share Patient Referral Program

*Refer a friend or family member and each of you will receive a $100 credit towards your future dental treatment (with exception of a prophylaxis (cleaning)). You must also have completed a comprehensive non-emergency exam.

We strive to exceed your expectations and if we’ve succeeded, we hope you’ll let your friends and family know about our practice.  Welcoming new patients to our practice is a very rewarding experience, and a responsibility we accept with pride and commitment. Many of you do this every day and we wanted to show our appreciation by developing this special program.  Please consider passing along one of our Care to Share cards, or pass along one of our Care to Share certificates.

Here’s how it works:
New patients to our practice will receive $100 credit toward any future treatment with exception of prophylaxis (cleaning) when they present the Care to Share card you have given them at their first appointment.  You will also receive $100 credit toward any future treatment with exception of prophylaxis (cleaning) as our way of saying “thank you” for the new patient referral.  Must be over the age of 18 and completed a comprehensive non-emergency exam.
