Insurance Assistance

Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area.

Financial Assistance

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.  To facilitate this goal, we have developed the following financial options:

1. Cash or Check
   
   Payment is due in full at the time of service. This will allow you to receive a 5% bookkeeping discount on any procedures performed that day. For services requiring more than one appointment, to receive the 5% bookkeeping discount, the entire balance for the procedures must be paid in advance at the first visit. This applies to service charge of $400 or more only.
    
2. MasterCard - VISA - Discover - American Express
   
   Payment is due in full at the time of service.  We accept most major credit cards to allow you the most convenience in taking care of your account.  A 3% bookkeeping discount will apply for pre payment for service charges of $400 or more only.
    
3. Interest Free Financing
   
   We have made arrangements with Care Credit, a company that specializes in financing dental and medical care.  This is an interest free loan if you follow their guidelines.  This will allow you to complete your dental work without delay and make relatively small monthly payments.
    
4. Senior Citizen Courtesy

   For patients 65 years or older we offer a 5% courtesy on all dental services.  Payment is due in full at the time of service.  The 5% bookkeeping discount does not apply.
    

5. Gradual Treatment Plan

   If you do not have dental insurance and are on a tight budget, we may be able to plan the completion of your dental care by spreading your appointments over several months or years.  We will arrange to begin with the more urgent services.
